Lucky Kuswandi

Lucky Kuswandi is an Indonesian director. He studied Cinema at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. In 2006, he took part in the Berlinale Talent Campus. After several short films selected in international festivals, he directed his first feature film, Madame X in 2010, subsequently nominated for two Asian Film Awards. His second feature film, In the Absence of the Sun, toured festivals. His short The Fox Exploits the Tiger’s Might was selected at the 2015 Semaine de la Critique.
