AMI continues its commitment to cinema, creativity and young talents. This year, the Parisian Maison becomes the main sponsor of the 64th edition of La Semaine de la Critique through Le Grand Prix AMI Paris.
Since 1962, La Semaine de la Critique has committed to discovering and promoting first and second films by emerging directors. It honors innovative and daring creations by offering them a place on the international scene during the Cannes Film Festival. The 2025 edition will take place from May 14th to 22nd, at the Espace Miramar in Cannes. An international jury will award Le Grand Prix AMI Paris to one of the seven movies in competition this year.
Alexandre Mattiussi, Founder and Creative Director of AMI, puts his passion for cinema at the service of young creators. Collaborating with La Semaine de la Critique, known as the place of first times, was an obvious choice for the Maison, confirming its commitment to supporting the emergence of tomorrow's directors.
