Born on June 7th, 1980 in Brasov (Romania)

Trained at UNATC in Bucharest, Adi directed several documentaries and narrative films selected at CPH:DOX, Visions du Réel and Rotterdam film festivals. With Ultimul Drum Spre Mare, screened during the 58th edition of La Semaine de la Critique, Adi immerses the viewers in the closed space of a train compartment where identity and generation-related tensions in Europe are made manifest.
