Aleksandra Terpińska is a filmmaker and screenwriter specialising in shortfilms and music videos, based in Warsaw. She studied film-making at the University of Silesia in Katowice and psychology at the University of Wroclaw. With The Best Fireworks Ever, a charmingly fanciful short with a very modern mise-en-scene, she took home the Canal+ Prize at the 56th Semaine de la Critique.
