Pierre Oberkampf is a French composer and sound designer. A multi-instrumentalist, he has written the original score for numerous fiction and animation shorts, including And Then the Bear by Agnès Patron (Official Selection Cannes 2019, César for best animated short), Noir-Soleil by Marie Larrivé (Semaine de la Critique 2021, nominated for a César), and several other César-nominated shorts such as Letter to a pig by Tal Kantor and Chulyen, A Crow’s Tale directed by Cerise Lopez and Agnès Patron. In 2018, he won the Best Original Score award at the Valencia La Cabina medium-length film festival (Spain) for The man-woman case directed by Anaïs Caura. In 2023, he completed the original score for several feature films, including Girls will be girls by Shuchi Talati, Highway 65 by Maya Dreifuss and Les requérants by Francescu Artily.
