Look Up follows Teco, a bored young man, who one day discovers the existence of an ‘upperground’ world on Rome’s rooftops. Look Up is a road movie set on Rome’s skyline that Fulvio Risuleo intends to direct in a realistic manner. He aims to create an alternative world as credibly as possible but with a story that pushes the limits of the absurd, seeped in a dreamlike atmosphere.
