Rina B. Tsou
Taiwanese and Filipino filmmaker Rina B. Tsou studied filmmaking at the National Taiwan University of Arts. Coming from two different countries, she has an intimate understanding of the situation in East and Southeast Asia and has applied these sensibilities to the issues raised in her films. This can be seen in her latest short film Arnie, which was selected at La Semaine de la Critique in 2016.
